When 3PD acquired Affinity Logistics in 2007, it gained some of the industry's most experienced delivery executives – including Charlie Hitt, a 24-year dedicated delivery professional. During his seven years at Affinity, Hitt served as chief of operations and played an instrumental role in growing that company from $14 million in annual revenues to $85 million. Prior to that he founded a logistics consulting firm and worked in senior management positions with GeoLogistics and Exel. Today he applies his expertise to overseeing all of 3PD's day-to-day operations and consulting with other departments on everything from marketing to strategic growth.
