3PDesktop, last-mile visibility and customer service solutions using 3PD’s proprietary software and tools.
3PD backs all of its services with robust, systems-based support such as shipment and routing visibility. We also offer the industry’s most thorough quality assurance processes.

How does 3PD measure success?
That's a good question – because we are huge advocates of quantitative measurement. In fact, we survey every delivery customer after a delivery, every single day – and have a one-hour exceptions management policy.
We measure our performance against very aggressive benchmarks every day, evaluating everything from on-time performance to inventory accuracy. We also frequently conduct quantitative surveys with our customers and their customers. We take the feedback from these surveys to heart, and we only consider ourselves successful if the feedback from them reflects a high level of satisfaction. In short: If our customers and their customers aren't happy, we're not happy.

What type of background checks does 3PD conduct?
We conduct thorough criminal background checks and pre-employment drug tests on all of our associates. We also conduct annual drug tests.

What kinds of products does 3PD handle?
3PD primarily delivers products such as building products (doors, windows, lumber, drywall, etc.), appliances, furniture, cabinetry, fitness equipment, general merchandise, electronics, office supplies, automotive parts and medical supplies.
Although our company can accommodate products of virtually any size, we specialize in delivering items that are especially high-value, heavy or large - or that require specialized handling or installation.

Where can 3PD provide services?
3PD operates in every major market in the lower 48 United States. We also have operations in Alaska and Canada. Our geographic presence enables us to serve almost any U.S. and Canadian delivery need. This geographic scope also makes us one of the only truly North American 3PLs in the last-mile and delivery industry.

No, 3PD is NOT an agent-based network. 3PD manages the entire process, from inbound receipt to outbound delivery.
